About Cope Art Studios: Cope Art Studios est. 2022 by owner and artist Chelsey Cope. Chelsey is a Native Texan born in Dallas, TX. She currently resides and works as a full-time artist out of her home studio in Tyler, Texas. Chelsey instructed secondary and post-secondary visual arts for the last 9 years in Corsicana I.S.D., Whitehouse I.S.D and Navarro College after completing her M.F.A. at the University of Texas in Tyler. She has instructed beginning to advanced courses in sculpture, painting, drawing, in addition, to Art Appreciation. Chelsey recently decided to take a break from the classroom and shifted to her studio to make an attempt of being a full-time artist that can pay their bills. Chelsey's work has an emphasis in metal found-object sculpture, but also works in a variety of 2-D media, custom portraits, murals and cooperate signage. Have an idea that you want flourished?
